30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and with original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at Burnefy@gmail.com if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
